In each session, we review your progress and identify achievable next steps to support your on your journey to achive your goals. Working one-to-one allows each trance session to be carefully adapted to suit your unique situation and preferences.

 

 

The second part of the session is deeply relaxing, where you can experience the benefits of trance, being guided into a calm, focused state of relaxation. In this state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions, helping you develop new perspectives, release limiting patterns, and become more aware of your inner strengths. This helps build confidence and allow your mind to rehearse positive changes before putting them into action.
