General Therapy Sessions – are suitable for longstanding general anxiety, stress related issues and complex phobias.
Stop Smoking Session – is one 120 min. session.
Specific Phobia Treatment – is suitable for a specific phobia and consist of 3 subsequent sessions of 60 min.
All sessions can be attended both in person or online. Online Session are accessed via Zoom from the comfort of your own home or office.

All appointments are required to be paid latest 24 hours in advance. The Initial Consultation is a free appointment.

| Cancelation policy |
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. I have a 24hrs cancellation policy, which means that if you ever find the need to reschedule or cancel an appointment then please do so by giving me a minimum of 24hrs notice. This will allow another patient, who may need a session, to take the spot. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notification will be charged at full cost.
