What happens during the sessions
During this session, I will explain how hypnotherapy works, including how the mind and brain function in relation to neuroplasticity and the subconscious. Gaining insight into how our thoughts, habits, and internal “programs” are formed can be truly empowering—and once understood, they can begin to change.
Hypnotherapy is not a quick fix or a form of “magic,” but a gentle and effective process that works over time to reshape thought patterns. Many clients begin to notice positive changes after just a few sessions, as healthier patterns and new neural pathways begin to develop.
The initial consultation does not include hypnosis. However, you will receive a complimentary relaxation recording to use at home, helping you to unwind and prepare for your first session. All sessions take place in a safe, supportive environment, and everything discussed remains strictly confidential.
Subsequent sessions typically last around one hour. Clients often describe them as deeply relaxing and uplifting experiences, leaving them feeling calmer, more motivated, and inspired to move forward.
